IELR was established in 2024 by Esha Rathi and Ishaan Saraswat with the vision of creating a dedicated practitioner platform for in-depth analysis and discourse on economic law issues. The launch team, instrumental in shaping the editorial direction and academic rigor of the publication, comprised Abhigya Singh, Aswath Srinivasan, Bhaskar Vishwajeet, Rahul Lal, Saanvi Shekhawat, Shourya Mitra, and Shruti Misra. IELR is committed to delivering incisive discussions on contemporary events spanning economic laws, including corporate, banking, insolvency, taxation, competition & antitrust, trade, white-collar crime, employment, insurance, and commercial disputes.
